Chesapeake Energy, the third largest producer of natural gas in the
U.S. and the first among independents, has begun to introduce natural
gas vehicles to its fleet, which totals some 2,600 trucks, vans and
cars.
The firm is stepping up the promotion of natural gas as a vehicle fuel.

PROV-CNG50 Wins New York Commission Approval
Tulsa Gas Technologies' Model PROV-CNG50 has received approval from the
State of New York Department of Public Service as a result of petition
by KeySpan Energy. Keyspan will use the Prover to calibrate meters used
to dispense compressed natural gas to public vehicles. NY State Commission Letter

New Hose Regulations:
Recent changes to ANSI\IAS NGV 4.2-1999 now allow use of hose up to 9
meters
(30 ft.) when using slow fill dispensers in locations used for
private filling of NGVs. Tulsa Gas Technologies provides hoses that
conform to these new regulations.

the USA that we know of. This is being fueled by Hampton Roads Transit
