This dispenser prover is designed to eliminate the need to use a calibrated scale and a loose high pressure CNG vessel when caring out a field accuracy and calibration test. Field testing can now use the flow-through method which makes the process safer than using scales. You will no longer have to discharge the calibrated gas to a safe area or have to deal with unstrapped high pressure vessels. We have super calibrated a Micro Motion CNG50 mass flow meter to specs needed to prove the accuracy of a CNG dispenser, then we packaged it so it is transportable to the CNG station and not require any outside power supply. The PROV-CNG50 is powered by 24vdc sealed batteries that can be recharged using any voltage from 100vac to 240vac 50 - 60 HZ. The caring case is a high impact static resistant plastic that will make transportation very easy with the built in retractable handle. This unit can be shipped VIA: UPS, FED EX, DHL or any LTL carrier. The weight is less than 100lbs (45kg).The PROV-CNG50 can check the accuracy of a light duty vehicle dispenser to a transit bus dispenser at pressures up to 5000 PSI ( 345 BAR). |
