SUMMARY OF DESIGN FEATURES 1. MAWP: 4,000 psig (Maximum allowed pressure for Hansen HP hose fittings), ISO 7241-B profile. 2. Flow Capacity: 830 scfm = 1,200 MCFPD 3. Heat Rating: 500,000 BTU/hour 4. Three (3) heating coils a. 1 - 1” 2 pass coil rated for 5,280 psig b. 1 – 2” 4 pass coil rated for 3,170 psig c. 1 – 2” 4 pass coil rated for 3,170 psig 5. Three (3) pressure reduction stages a. Cut #1: 1 x 2” CVS PVC i. rated for 5,000 psig ii. operating range 1,600 to 1,800 psig iii.downstream PSV set at 2,100 psig b. Cut #2: 1 x 2” CVS PCV: i. rated for 3,750 psig ii. operating range 700 to 900 psig iii.downstream PSV set at 1,000 psig c. Final Cut: 2 x 1” Mooney regulators in parallel i. rated for 1,480 psig ii. operating range 50 to 250 psig iii.downsteam PSV set for 300 psig 6. Enclosed Control Panel with built-in door stops 7. Two (2) high pressure Inlet connections (Inlet #1, Inlet #2, with female HP Hansen fittings), ISO 7241-B profile. 8. Low temperature shutdown on final discharge (set at 32F, 0C) 9. Low pressure shutdown on final discharge (set at 40 psig and falling) 10. Low level shutdown on glycol bath 11. Hinged smokestack with hang crank cable system for easy & quick raising/lowering 12. Flanged smokestack at top of stack (34”) to allow for future SADD installation (spark arrestor draft divertor) 13. Separate connection for off skid fuel supply gas with double check valves 14. Ports in high pressure tubing and discharge pressure piping for future SCADA installation 15. Manual burner management system with standard flame arrestor & ignitor system 16. 3” lockable valve ahead of final discharge PSV set at 300 psig 17. 3” lockable valve for future PSV installation on final discharge piping 18. Two, 2” flanged outlet valves on final discharge (ANSI 2" 150/PN20) 19. PRS Weight: 7,650 lbs + 3,141 lbs glycol (350 gals glycol x 9 lbs/gal) = 10,791 lbs with glycol 20. PRS Skid: 6'9 x 23'
